Service Policy

EZLIMOUSINE Service Policy

Basic Fare:

The price provided for the ride when you call, place an online reservation, or calculate using our fare calculator does not include the following:

Additional Charges:

Tolls:

There is a $16 toll for trips made to NYC from New Jersey, as well as $16 and up tolls to JFK, LGA airports depending on the chosen route. EZLIMOUSINE will charge for all round-trip tolls to and from the designated destination.

Waiting Time:

EZLIMOUSINE charges $35 per hour for any waiting time that occurs after the grace period: 30 minutes for local pickups, 30 minutes for outside airport pickups, 30 minutes for domestic flights, and 45 minutes for international flights. Please inform us of any major delays to avoid waiting time charges.

Parking:

EZLIMOUSINE charges $8 for the first hour and $8 for every additional hour during inside pickups at airports. To avoid parking charges, you can request an outside pickup.

Stops:

EZLIMOUSINE charges $5 to $10 for stops made within the same town and $15 for stops made in towns within the destination route, with half off the price for towns not within the route.

Other Services Fee:

Meet & Greet:

EZLIMOUSINE offers a meet and greet option where the driver will meet the passenger by baggage claim with a sign displaying their last name. This service includes 30 minutes free from the scheduled arrival time and costs an additional $5. You can request an outside pickup to avoid charges.

Baby Seats:

EZLIMOUSINE recommends that parents provide their own baby seats, but we can provide one for an additional $5 to $10 (please include this when placing your reservation).

Foreign Speaking Drivers:

EZLIMOUSINE can arrange foreign-speaking drivers to accommodate your guests at no extra charge. Languages include French, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, and German. Please inform us of your arrangements in advance.

Corporate Accounts:

Mid-sized to large corporate accounts will not incur a 20% service charge; however, a $2 per voucher fee applies for each ride towards billing and invoices. To open a corporate account, please consult one of our sales representatives for special pricing.

Gratuity:

EZLIMOUSINE charges a 15% to 20% gratuity for all prepaid and corporate jobs, but there are no hidden fees. Tips can be given separately to the driver at your discretion.

Reservations:

EZLIMOUSINE will honor reservations up to 90 days before the service date at no extra charge and no less than 12 hours before service. When you place a reservation, you are guaranteed a car or the price of your ride. If we fail to deliver your accommodation, we are willing to pay 100% of your ride cost.

Airport Pick-Up:

  • The passenger can make a reservation with EZLIMOUSINE via phone, fax, email, or our website.
  • EZLIMOUSINE will verify arrival times directly with your airline to avoid extra costs for delays.
  • The client can request an inside pick-up, but this costs extra for parking.
  • Clients can request an outside pick-up at the departure level to avoid parking fees.
  • EZLIMOUSINE guarantees a car at Newark Airport without a reservation if you call from the terminal.
  • A chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes on domestic flights and 45 minutes on international flights before applying no-show charges.
  • If the passenger leaves without notifying EZLIMOUSINE, a no-show fee will be applied to your credit card.
  • All airport pickups will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of reservation.
  • If the reservation is made under a different person's name, EZLIMOUSINE will require the contact's telephone number.

Additional Policies:

  • Smoke-Free Policy: All EZLIMOUSINE vehicles are non-smoking unless requested otherwise.
  • Route Policy: EZLIMOUSINE drivers are knowledgeable of the tri-state geography, providing the fastest route to your destination.
  • Noise-Free Policy: All drivers are required to provide a noise-free environment during the ride, but you can request a radio station at a reasonable volume.
  • Insurance Policy: All vehicles are fully insured and bonded, providing up to $1,500,000 of liability.
  • Reservation Policy: Clients are recommended to reserve a car ahead of time for guaranteed service.
  • Getting Sick in the Car Policy: A fee of $75 for sedans and $150 for stretch limos will be charged for cleaning; please notify the driver if needed.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations for black car reservations will be accepted within four hours; other cancellations are accepted within 48 hours.
